Butterfield Mortgages has expanded its team with two new appointments, hiring Kiefer Rendall (pictured right) as its new client relationship officer, while Ruby Bastick (pictured left) is a new front of house intern.
Rendall began his career in financial services at HSBC in 2017, starting as a temporary agent for the small business banking team in Leicester.
In 2018, he became a permanent member of staff as a business banking risk analyst, where he was responsible for mitigating financial crime risk, processing applications, and fulfilling due diligence requirements.
In his new role, he will be supporting the front office with client administration and onboarding processes.
Bastick joins as front of house intern as part of Butterfield Mortgages’ apprenticeship scheme with Simply Academy.
She will be working towards her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification while supporting the business in providing client service and support to colleagues.
