Savills has announced that Nick Sanderson will become group chief financial officer (CFO) and join the board as an executive director when he starts in spring 2026.
Sanderson is a chartered accountant and was CFO and later chief financial and operating officer at Great Portland Estates.
Before that, he was a partner and head of real estate corporate finance advisory at Deloitte and also spent 10 years in real estate investment banking, most recently as managing director at Nomura.
Sanderson will replace Simon Shaw as group CFO.
Shaw will step up to group CEO from 1st January 2026, following the retirement of current group CEO Mark Ridley.
Savills also appointed Susie Bell as investor relations director.
Bell joins from Vistry Group, where she was group investor relations director.
She previously worked in investor relations at Barratt Developments and EMI Group.
Shaw said: “I very much look forward to welcoming Nick and Susie to Savills.
