Wates Residential has reached a key stage at Cecil Avenue in Wembley, with construction topping out at nine storeys.
The scheme, delivered with Brent Council, will provide 237 new homes.
This includes 87 affordable homes and a mix of properties for private sale under the name ‘The Pages’.
The project will also create a public garden, play area, commercial spaces for local businesses and around 100 new job opportunities.
A community hall will give residents space for events and social gatherings.
Work is progressing at Zephaniah House, formerly Ujima House, where construction is now above ground level.
When complete, Zephaniah House will offer 54 affordable homes, a workspace and a café.
Both projects are set to complete by the end of 2026.
