Lomond acquires eddisonwhite to expand South London presence

Lomond has bought London independent agency eddisonwhite Ltd, making it the group’s sixth London acquisition this year.

The latest deal boosts its presence in the Merton area.

John Ennis, chief revenue officer at Lomond, said: “We are excited to welcome on board the clients, customers and staff of eddisonwhite who have operated for many years in South West London, right in the heartland of KFH.

“They are a natural fit for the brand, emphasising the same personal service and local knowledge for which KFH is best known.”

Richard Eddison, founder and director of eddisonwhite, said: “After many years dedicating myself to the local community as a proud independent agent, the time has come to hand the reins to an organisation that is equipped to help steer and support our clients through the changing property landscape.

“After experiencing the core values and ethos of KFH first-hand early in my own career, there’s no doubt in my mind that it’s the perfect fit for eddisonwhite’s next step.”
