ESPC has appointed Louisa Raistrick (pictured), head of estate agency at Coulters, as a non-executive director on its board.
Raistrick’s appointment is subject to ratification at the ESPC annual general meeting (AGM) in November, with her term due to start on 1st January 2026.
Raistrick brings more than 20 years’ experience in residential property in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
She has a background in property valuation, marketing, purchase negotiation and estate agency software.
She will be the first non-solicitor estate agent to join the ESPC board.
Raistrick said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be the first estate agent appointed to the ESPC Board.
“I’m looking forward to working with the Board and wider team to help support ESPC’s future direction and success.”
