SimplyBiz Mortgages launches 2025 Mortgage Showcase series across five UK locations

SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced the return of its annual Mortgage Showcase series, which will visit five locations across the UK this autumn and winter.

The events are designed to give mortgage intermediaries access to expert insight, education, and networking opportunities, with leading lenders, economists, and industry figures exploring the issues shaping the lending market in 2025 and beyond.

The series begins this week and will visit Bolton on 22nd October, North London on 23rd October, Glasgow on 29th October, Gatwick on 5th November, and Solihull on 18th November.

Each event will feature a full seminar programme alongside an exhibition of up to 50 intermediary-focused lenders and service providers.

Attendees will receive updates from key sector voices and access to practical sessions offering CPD throughout the day.

Seminar highlights include economic updates from the Bank of England at the North London event, discussions on lender and market responses to 2026 expectations, and sessions examining AI’s impact on advisers, the future of buy-to-let, innovation across mortgage markets, and best practice for working with clients with vulnerable characteristics.

Contributions will also come from the Building Societies Association, the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries, and fraud and cyber-security specialists.

Delegates will benefit from breakfast, lunch, free parking, and opportunities to discuss live cases directly with lenders.

The schedule runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The 2025 Mortgage Showcase series is supported by sponsors including Keystone Property Finance, Accord Mortgages, Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, and more2life.

Samantha Cameron-Carruthers, head of marketing services for SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “The size and structure of our Mortgage Showcase events allow advisers from across the industry to gain an enormous amount of value from a single day.

“Our extensive exhibition area – staffed by experienced specialists and decision-makers from many of the UK’s leading lenders – combined with a diverse and topical seminar agenda delivered by industry-renowned experts, offers education and insight opportunities that might otherwise take advisers months to achieve.”
