Principality Building Society, Wales’ largest building society, has achieved two gold recognition awards from Fairer Finance for its customer service and satisfaction across both savings and mortgages.
The independent finance research and ratings agency evaluated more than 50 UK financial providers on trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction, taking into account complaint handling, quality of service, and how well providers meet their customers’ needs.
Principality’s double gold award demonstrates the society’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and products for its Members.
The society was also ranked among the top 10 providers for trust in Fairer Finance’s Spring 2025 Customer Experience Ratings for Savings.
The awards encourage financial institutions to compete on quality and customer experience rather than price alone.
