West One has announced the appointment of Sam Pettit as regional account manager, short-term finance (North), covering England and Scotland.
The move strengthens the specialist lender’s position in one of the UK’s fastest-growing property markets.
Pettit joins from Crystal Specialist Finance, where she served as business development manager and played a key role in building broker relationships across a wide range of specialist finance products.
She previously held the position of broker relationship manager at Clever Lending. Her experience in developing regional partnerships is expected to support West One’s expanding northern operations, following the opening of its Manchester office earlier this year.
In her new role, Pettit will focus on growing and maintaining broker relationships across the North, supporting partners with West One’s short-term lending products including bridging finance, development finance, and commercial mortgages.
