Mishcon de Reya advises King Street, Cohort and Apollo on £348m Park Tower Hotel refinancing

Mishcon de Reya’s Real Estate team has advised King Street Capital Management, Cohort Capital, and funds managed by Apollo on a £348m senior loan facility to refinance the Park Tower Hotel.

The 16-storey, 271-room freehold hotel is located in a prime Knightsbridge position close to Sloane Street and the south entrance of Hyde Park.
