Quanta Group has appointed Graeme de Moor (pictured) as group chief financial officer and Mark Sutton as group chief risk officer.

Both will join on 3rd November 2025 as part of Quanta Group’s plan to grow its wealth management offer across its three core independent business areas: the Wealthtime investment platform, discretionary fund manager Copia Capital, and financial planning and advice business Craven Street Wealth.

De Moor brings over 20 years’ experience working in asset management, wealth and fintech.

He was previously CFO at Moneyfarm and has held senior finance roles at T. Rowe Price and Schroders, working in Europe, the US, Asia Pacific and Africa.

He has experience in international financial operations and strategic growth.

Sutton joins with experience in governance, risk management, compliance and regulatory affairs in the financial services sector.

He was group CRO at St. James’s Place for seven years and spent over 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a chartered accountant, advising on risk management and regulatory compliance across the financial services sector.

De Moor said: “Quanta Group has a clear vision to build a next-generation financial services business, combining innovation, scale, and independence across its platform, discretionary fund management, and advice businesses.

“I look forward to working with Patrick and the wider leadership team to deliver sustainable growth and create long-term value for advisers and their clients.”

Sutton said: “Joining Quanta Group at this pivotal time is an opportunity to support its growth ambitions underpinned by the highest standards of risk management and governance.

“My focus will be on helping steer the Group’s next chapter, embedding a strong risk culture as the foundation for lasting success to the benefit of clients and all stakeholders.”

Patrick Mill, CEO at Quanta Group, said: “The Group is focused on shaping the future of financial services, delivering greater value to advisers and advised clients through our three complementary business areas – platform, DFM and advice.

“To achieve our ambitions and drive forward the next phase of our growth, we need the right leadership in place, and I am delighted to welcome Graeme and Mark to the team.

“Their significant experience in leading fast-growing businesses through acquisitions and integrations will be instrumental in helping us maximise the potential of the Group, while at the same time safeguarding the independence of Wealthtime, Copia and Craven Street Wealth.”
