Savills has added Stephen Elliott to its property and facilities management team as director of strategic client solutions, based at the Margaret Street office.
Elliott has 25 years’ experience in senior real estate fund management, working with UK institutional clients including local authority and corporate pension funds at Legal & General Asset Management, Royal London Asset Management, Aviva Investors and F&C Asset Management.
In his new role in the client services team, Elliott will support delivery of integrated property management services across client portfolios, working with customer relationship management (CRM) and surveying teams, and the wider business, on client planning and service development.
