ARL and Centrick agree strategic partnership to boost sector communication

The Association for Rental Living (ARL) and Centrick have confirmed a new content partnership to strengthen communication in the UK rental living sector.

Centrick will act as official content partner, supporting the ARL’s work and helping to share initiatives across the sector.

This partnership builds on an existing relationship, with Carina Ackrill, founder at Centrick and special advisor at ARL, acting in both roles.

Jane Morcom, group business director at Centrick, is also on the Midlands Steering Hub Committee.

The new agreement formalises this work and aims to promote events, talks and initiatives for members and the wider rental community.

Ackrill said: “We’re delighted to formalise our partnership with the ARL.

“Supporting an organisation that’s driving standards in rental living perfectly aligns with our values.

“Together, we can help amplify the ARL’s voice, share best practice, and champion higher standards across the sector.”

Brendan Geraghty, CEO at ARL, said: “Centrick’s expertise and enthusiasm for the Rental Living sector make them an ideal partner.

“Their insight and creativity will help us extend our reach, deepen engagement with our members and continue to promote the high standards that the ARL believe is vital to the continued growth and professionalism of rental living in the UK.

“As a committed ARL member, Centrick has consistently showcased the value of membership by actively contributing to industry forums, supporting best practice initiatives, and helping to shape guidance that benefits both operators and residents.”

Geraghty added: “Their involvement in ARL committees, and support of events and various panel discussions, demonstrates a hands-on approach to collaboration and progress—highlighting the tangible benefits that come from being part of a forward-thinking, professional community dedicated to raising standards across the sector.”
