Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club has reported a record year and a record month, with lending figures up by almost a third.
This growth was well above the increase in UK lending overall and higher than the growth rate in the intermediary mortgage sector.
October saw the highest figures so far, continuing steady growth from earlier in the year.
Michael Craig (pictured), managing director of Brilliant Solutions, said: “Our Mortgage Club has seen exceptional growth this year, up 27%, significantly outpacing the wider market.
“We’ve already surpassed our total lending for the whole of last year, which is an incredible milestone and a real reflection of the strength of the relationships we’ve built across the industry.
“This success is down to the brilliant support of our broker community and lender partners, whose trust and collaboration continue to drive us forward.”
