SortRefer, a conveyancing and legal services firm, has achieved its highest ever month for completions and revenue in October.
The company saw instructions revenue rise by 5% compared to October 2024.
Conveyancing completions were up 11% on the previous best month in July 2025.
Remortgage completions increased by 8% over the July 2025 record.
Standard remortgage, transfer of equity, and equity release completions were up collectively by 3% on previous bests from March 2025.
Ancillary products, including Wills, Surveys, and Specialist Property Reports, also had their strongest month, up 11% from the previous record in September 2025.
