Housebuilder The Hill Group has appointed Helen Rieman as business growth director, a newly created position designed to accelerate the company’s expansion and deepen its partnerships with local authorities, housing associations, and public sector organisations.
Rieman’s appointment reflects Hill’s strategic focus on building long-term collaboration within the affordable housing and regeneration sectors as the company continues to grow across its established regions and new markets nationwide.
She will focus on identifying partnership opportunities that support sustainable development and help deliver much-needed homes across the UK.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in residential development, Rieman has held both consultancy and delivery roles and has a strong record of leading major affordable-led regeneration projects.
Before joining Hill, she served as board director at Wates Residential, where she oversaw substantial business growth across London, the South, and Wales, doubling turnover and extending the company’s strategic reach.
