RAW Capital Partners passes £200m assets under management milestone

RAW Capital Partners has surpassed £200m in assets under management within its RAW Mortgage Fund.

The Guernsey-based investment manager, founded in 2015, provides specialist UK property loans to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders.

Its RAW Mortgage Fund, a cell of RAW Alpha PCC Ltd, offers professional and experienced investors access to a diversified portfolio of mortgage loans secured against UK residential property.

RAW Capital Partners is now targeting £500m in assets under management within the next two to three years, citing growing demand for stable, asset-backed investment strategies.

On the lending side, the firm reports its strongest year to date, having already surpassed 2024’s total lending volume by September across its teams in London, Southampton and Guernsey.

Tim Parkes, CEO of RAW Capital Partners, said: “Reaching £200 million in AUM is an exciting milestone and reflects the trust our investors have placed in us. For a decade now the RAW Mortgage Fund has enabled non-UK residents participate in the UK residential property investment. As we continue to grow, more borrowers will be able to benefit from our unique approach.

“It’s these qualities and the efforts of a brilliant team that have allowed us to double the size of the fund in the past four years.

“But we’ll not be taking our foot off the accelerator; we’re setting our sights on the ambitious goal of £500 million in AUM within the next three years.

“I’m confident that we have the track record, operational capacity, and talent to achieve that goal – and I’m excited to see what the coming months and years will bring.”
