CBRE UK strengthens leadership team with new appointments

CBRE has appointed new heads in Edinburgh, Leeds and Liverpool, with the changes taking effect from 1st January 2026.

Angela Lowe will lead in Edinburgh, taking over from Mark Little. 

Lowe has worked at CBRE for over 10 years and leads the office agency team in Scotland. 

Little will stay on as head of building consultancy and integrated PJM Scotland.

Mike Baugh will be head of Leeds, replacing Richard Bamford. 

Baugh has been at CBRE for more than 12 years and leads the industrial & logistics, North division. 

Bamford will continue as head of building consultancy, UK regional markets and UK head of building surveying.

Neil Kirkham has taken the role of head of Liverpool. 

Kirkham has been with CBRE for over 13 years and has built solid relationships with clients in the region.
