Heim Global Investor and McLaren Living are set to deliver Oasis, a 456-home build-to-rent (BTR) development on Kent Street, Birmingham.
The £130m scheme is being forward funded by Heim, with McLaren Living acting as developer and Winvic as contractor.
Oasis will include one- and two-bedroom homes across an 11-storey building, with a gym, residents’ lounge, co-working space, landscaped courtyard, and terraces.
The development will meet Heim’s sustainability standards, with its UK residential fund recently awarded a 5-star GRESB rating.

Oasis is expected to complete in 2029.
