Moneypenny has partnered with Alto to provide smarter customer experiences for estate agents.
The collaboration links Moneypenny’s artificial intelligence (AI) powered call handling with Alto’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, aiming to make things faster and more connected for agents and their clients.
When Moneypenny’s team handle enquiries, they can now access live client and property data in Alto, update records automatically, and capture leads in real time.
This is designed to cut admin, save time, and help agents offer a better service.
