365 Finance relocates to Soho amid surge in funding for SMEs

365 Finance has relocated from Camden to a new office in Soho to support its rapid growth and expanding team.

The move gives 365 Finance a larger office and better access to the fintech community in central London.

The lender saw a 40% year-on-year increase in total funding volume and has grown its workforce by 35% over the last 12 months.

Additionally, the company reported a 47% rise in the number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) supported with funding over the same period compared to last year.

Warren Abbey, CEO at 365 Finance, said: “This move marks yet another exciting milestone in our growth journey that started in 2014.

“We’ve provided close to £600 million of funding to SMEs over this period and are uniquely placed from a technology and balance sheet perspective to continue to scale across the UK and Europe.

“Soho puts us at the heart of London’s tech and finance community, surrounded by the energy and innovation that define this industry.”

Abbey added: “The new office will give us the space we need to continue scaling, to collaborate more effectively, and to welcome the talent joining us as we grow across Europe and beyond.”
