Arkel has joined Swinton’s landlord insurance panel, adding its Premier Let product for landlords to Swinton’s offering.
This product, developed by Arkel, is now available to all Swinton landlord customers through the Acturis platform.
Premier Let covers buildings up to £1m, contents up to £50,000, malicious damage and theft by tenants up to £5,000, accidental damage for certain tenant types, unoccupancy cover up to 30 days, alternative accommodation up to 20% of the building sum insured, and property owners’ liability up to £2m.
