Ecology Building Society has appointed Andy Pearson and Georgia Midgley as business development managers (BDMs) to support brokers.
Pearson brings over 15 years’ experience in financial services.
Midgley spent 10 years in the mortgage industry and previously worked as a telephone BDM at another mutual.
Daniel Capstick, senior mortgages product and proposition manager at Ecology, said: “Intermediaries play a key role in supporting our lending ambitions so we can reach more customers and increase our impact.
“Our two new telephone BDMs are the latest investment in what Ecology offers to brokers, who are already seeing the benefits of improvements we’ve made to our product range and systems.”
