The Housing Network raised nearly £3,500 for Herts Young Homeless (HYH) at the annual sleepout in St Albans.
Colleagues joined hundreds of fundraisers for the event, which aims to raise money and highlight youth homelessness across Hertfordshire.
Mark Turner (pictured), chief operating officer at The Housing Network, said: “We know it’s a world away from the fear, harm, and isolation of Rough Sleeping.
“But taking part in the sleepout is a powerful reminder of why safe, secure housing matters — and why organisations like HYH are so essential.
“If our participation helps even one young person avoid homelessness, it’s a night well spent.”
