MCR Property Group has acquired The Moor, a 126-bed student accommodation scheme in Sheffield city centre.
The deal brings the firm’s total to over 800 beds in the city and strengthens its Sheffield purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio.
The Moor offers studio rooms, a gym, club lounge, communal spaces, and is close to retail, transport and leisure options.
