Greencore Homes has been certified as a B-Corporation, joining a group of businesses that balance profit with purpose.
The housebuilder achieved a B Impact Assessment score of 114.5, becoming one of only a few developers to gain the certification.
The award recognises Greencore Homes’ work in delivering homes that are better than net zero, running sustainable operations, and putting people and the planet first in its developments.
The company met B Lab’s criteria for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
This certification shows Greencore Homes’ aim to make a positive impact for residents, communities and the wider environment.
