Advantage Home Construction Insurance (AHCI) has announced access to new A-rated capacity, through its long standing capacity partner Cadis MGA.
This marks one of the most significant milestones in the company’s history and strengthens its position as a provider of structural warranties and construction insurance across the UK.
The achievement means Advantage policies can now be underwritten by an independently assessed A-rated insurer.
This provides clients, lenders, legal professionals and partners with an enhanced level of financial confidence, particularly important in the construction sector where warranties typically span 10 or 12 years.
