Advance has completed its largest supported living scheme to date with Thatcham House, a block of 21 one-bedroom flats in Kingsway, Quedgeley, Gloucestershire.
The development is aimed at people with mental health conditions and includes an extra flat for staff.
Each flat has PV solar panels and electric heating to boost energy efficiency and lower running costs.
The project also features communal lounges, landscaped gardens and reception areas where staff run skills sessions.
Customers are expected to move in from hospitals, family homes or shared accommodation.
The housing is designed to help them live independently with tailored support.
The scheme was completed in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council and Kitto Group plc, and funded by Homes England.
The flats are available for social rent.
Graeme Jackson, head of investment and development at Advance, said: “Thatcham House is a huge milestone for us, being the largest scheme we’ve delivered to date.
“It brings together our commitment to providing safe, secure homes with the specialist support that enables customers to thrive.
“We’re proud to have worked with our partners to make this possible.”
Chris Rowe, managing director of Kitto Group plc, said: “Kitto has been pursuing the opportunity to bring forward this site for several years, and we’re especially proud to have helped Advance deliver its largest scheme to date.
