Salloway Property Consultants, a commercial property agency based in the Midlands, has promoted William Speed MRICS to associate director.
Speed joined the firm as a trainee surveyor in 2019 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2023.
Over the last year he has completed several lettings and disposals, supporting the firm’s position in the region.
Speed said: “It’s been a busy year and I have been involved in some significant deals which have been challenging and rewarding at the same time.
“As associate director, I look forward to taking on wider responsibilities within the agency team and supporting the firm’s continued growth.”
