Avocado passes 2,000 completed sales and expands partner network

Avocado Property Agents has reported a series of operational milestones during 2025, including passing 2,000 completed property sales, expanding its partner network beyond 40 agents and securing a third consecutive national award for its operating model.

Since launching in 2020, the brokerage has now completed around 2,150 property sales, having passed the 2,000 mark in September.

The company has also been identified as one of the five fastest-growing estate agency brands in 2025.

Avocado reported continued transactional activity during typically uncertain market periods, stating that in November, which coincided with the Budget, sales agreed reached the equivalent of 113% of available stock.

The firm has continued to add to its partner network, with more than 40 agents now operating under the Avocado brand.

Additional partners have signed agreements and are preparing to launch in locations including the Norfolk Coast, Oxfordshire, Basingstoke, Wiltshire and the West of England.

In 2025, Avocado was named Best New Model Agency for the third consecutive year at a national awards programme, covering 2023, 2024 and 2025.

The firm said this made it the first agency to receive the same award three years in succession.

Avocado also reported strong individual performance across parts of its partner base during the year.

The brokerage said two partners were on track to exceed £700,000 in annual banked business, while two solo partners were each expected to surpass £250,000 in the year, operating independently without a physical office.

Ian Macbeth (pictured), founder of Avocado, said: “2025 has been a huge year for us. Hitting 2,000 completed sales since launch is a proud moment, but what matters most is what sits behind it – great agents, great service and a model that lets people build serious businesses without needing to be tied to an office.

“To win Best New Model Agency three years in a row is a real honour, and I’m excited about what comes next as we head into 2026.”
