Skipton Building Society has introduced key changes to its mortgage lending criteria for homebuyers using the Forces Help to Buy scheme.

The Scheme is open to serving members of the armed forces, letting them borrow up to 50% of their salary to put towards a residential purchase.

The Forces Help to Buy (FHTB) scheme has been made permanent by the Government as part of its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces.
