
The CII awards chartered status to five firms in Q2 2025
The firms were Morgan Williams & Co, M4 Financial Group, The Islands' Insurance Brokers, Hepburns Insurance, and M.J. Touzel (Insurance Brokers) Limited trading as Islands Insurance.

The three are Ben Rose, engagement board member: London markets; Roger Jackson, engagement board member: financial planning; and Suzy Middleton, engagement board member: personal finance.

The CII and PFS have hosted a vulnerability virtual reality session as part of their ongoing Consumer Duty initiatives.

The campaign assets are freely available for use, and were developed in order to strengthen the industry’s efforts in attracting new talent.

Two in-person Consumer Duty action planning workshops will run in October to complement the launch.

The cost of cost-of-living crisis is causing consumers to want claims paid faster, according to the findings from the latest Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Public Trust Index.
