The lender has introduced a range of new 90% LTV products, including 2-year and 5-year fixed rates as well as a 2-year discount product.

The bank has reduced rates by 0.25% across its specialist BTL range and will now lend against select residential care properties.

The 12-month facility was structured to refinance the borrower’s existing buy-to-let mortgage while also raising additional capital.

The online comparison tool aims to give customers better access to current mortgage options.

Two new fixed rate products have been launched for both personal and limited company applicants, offering rates of 5.79% and 5.89% until 31st May 2028.

The updates apply to both expat residential and expat BTL products, and will help UK and foreign nationals with permanent rights to reside who are living overseas.

The borrower is currently living abroad and staying with family when visiting the UK but wanted to secure a permanent home before relocating.

Rates on fixed rate BTL mortgages have been reduced by up to 0.26%, affecting a range of expat and holiday let products at 80% LTV.

Overseas customers acquiring a home or investment property with Gatehouse Bank will be offered the option to apply for a UK payment account with Algbra.

Loans up to £1m are available and there is no upper age limit.

The 2-year fixed rate is set at 5.79% until 29th February 2028, with loans available up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV).
