The new products are available for both owner occupiers and buy-to-let (BTL) borrowers.Â

It has invested £10m alongside Swiss investment bank UBS and Aberdeen Investments in a fund run by Matter Real Estate.

The product is available at a rate of 4.69% on both interest-only and capital and interest repayment terms.
