From tomorrow, 18th August, all BTL 60% and 75% LTV 2-year and 5-year fixed rates will reduce by 0.10%.

From tomorrow, 5th August, Halifax Intermediaries will increase rates by up to 0.12%, while Virgin Money will increase selected rates by up to 0.15%.Â

From tomorrow, 4th August, rates will reduce by up to 0.19% across 2-, 3- and 5-year fixed rate products for both new and existing customers.Â

The changes include a 0.05% rise for all 60% loan-to-value (LTV) 2-, 5- and 7-year fixed rates.

In the product transfer range, rates will rise across all 1-, 2-, 5- and 7-year residential fixed rates by up to 0.20%.Â

All 2-year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.25%, and all 5-year fixed rates have been cut by 0.10%.Â
