The change, effective immediately, is aimed at helping brokers place cases for clients earning in overseas currencies.
The proposition is part of the society’s specialist range and includes a 2- and 5-year fixed rate, competitive rates and fees up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV).Â
The new products come with an increased LTV at 80%, a reduced minimum loan of £50,000, as well as an additional interest only option.
