Gatehouse Bank has introduced limited edition Home Purchase Plan and buy-to-let products for UK residents while reducing selected buy-to-let rates for expats and international customers.

The changes apply to 2- and 5-year fixed-term Home Purchase Plans at 65% and 80% finance-to-value (FTV), as well as selected 2- and 5-year fixed buy-to-let products at 65% FTV.

The change means customers can now access finance up to 75% finance-to-value (FTV) without contributing a deposit from their own funds.
