Habito has strengthened its mortgage advice division with seven new advisers and five more joining next month, as the firm continues to blend human expertise with digital innovation.

Habito has named Prime Property Finance as the third and final firm in its inaugural Accelerator programme, supporting high-growth brokerages with strategic mentorship and technology.

Habito has hired former Dynamo adviser Britney Trussler to support the expansion of its protection division under CEO Ying Tan.

As part of the programme, YesCanDo Money will receive direct mentoring from Ying Tan and Habito’s senior leadership.

The firm was selected from a competitive pool of over 60 broker firms, following a rigorous evaluation process to identify the firms best placed to scale and eventually exit.

This partnership marks the latest move in Norton’s strategy to grow its distribution network, broadening its access for brokers to its specialist lending solutions.

Business owners will now be able to access Habito’s team of mortgage advisers at no cost, in a bid to give entrepreneurs support they need to make confident decisions.

Ying Tan said: "The Habito Accelerator is a game-changer for mortgage broker firms looking to take their businesses to the next level."

In addition to this expansion, Habito has also announced six new hires.

Digital mortgage broker Habito has announced the launch of a new London Underground advertising campaign.

Lizzie Markham, Teddy Cenaj, and Jamie Gardner have joined the new team as Habito aims to reach a wider audience and accelerate its expansion plans.
