Knowledge Bank’s technology powered all three of the highest-rated criteria sourcing experiences in the H1 2026 Mortgage Lender Benchmark Study.

Once live, brokers across the UK will be able to search these additional criteria for HMO cases.

As brokers continue to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving client needs, the demand for specialist lending solutions has grown significantly.

The move means Offa's criteria is now available on Knowledge Bank’s property finance search platform.

GB Bank is now live on Knowledge Bank’s criteria platform, giving intermediaries quicker access to its specialist lending offering.

Knowledge Bank said platforms that maintain live criteria data are becoming increasingly important for advisers researching cases.

The tool uses Knowledge Bank’s database and covers products including bridging finance, residential, second charge, BTL and commercial mortgages.

Both lenders completed the criteria through KB PRO, allowing brokers to include these lenders in searches and see their responses alongside others.

The new lending type aims to remove these barriers, helping brokers identify active lenders and suitable options before deeper discussions.
