Mashru has worked in the mortgage and banking sectors for over 20 years in roles covering mortgage advice, underwriting and business development.

In this role, Roe will support LiveMore’s position as a consumer champion, as well as helping to deepen the company’s relationships with its key commercial partners.

The new mortgage provides customers with the benefit of a 5-year fixed rate while allowing them to exit after two years without incurring early repayment charges (ERCs).

The lender has shortened assessment periods for CCJs, credit defaults and individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs) to 18 months.

The hotline gives brokers direct access to a LiveMore underwriter, so they can get answers and support before submitting a full application.

The lender will keep offering its range of later life lending products, now open to people aged 40 and above with complex mortgage needs.

Leon Diamond said: “Joining the Twenty7tec affordability tool makes it easier for mortgage advisers to find out how much LiveMore can lend."

The move allows all MAB advisers working in the later life lending space to analyse customer affordability and suggest a range of suitable products.

Experts are keen to see measures that restore confidence and address long standing structural challenges.

Phil Beswick said: “I’m looking forward to contributing to the next stage of growth and helping more customers benefit from the flexible solutions LiveMore offers.”

The offer is available for purchases and remortgages on RIO, standard capital and interest, interest-only, and part-and-part mortgages.
