Islamic property finance fintech Offa has completed a £6.5m working capital raise through a sukuk and warrant structure as it looks to accelerate investment in technology, operations and customer growth.
The new office offers a larger base for the team and strengthens Offa’s position in the West Midlands.

The move means Offa's criteria is now available on Knowledge Bank’s property finance search platform.

Finova’s system allowed Offa to set up the product using configurable rules, including income multiples, gifted equity and family-supported affordability models.
The HPP includes a sharia-compliant family assist feature, allowing customers to add family members to their finance plan.
