The facility marks Paragon Bank's third transaction with Beechcroft and will fund the acquisition of the former Grey House School site.

Paragon Development Finance has provided a £4.5m revolving finance facility to support igloo’s delivery of 34 new homes at Riverside Sunderland.

The facility will fund the construction and fit out of a purpose-built 75-bed care home on Boundary Lane.

The funding supported the purchase of a brownfield site on Shaftmoor Lane in Hall Green and the development of a 44,132 sq ft purpose-built care home.

In its half-year results for the six months to 31st March 2026, Paragon reported that its Development Finance loan book grew to £921.1m.

The funding will support the delivery of 34 residential units and three commercial spaces at 67–69 St Peter’s Street.

The funding will support the delivery of 110 homes, forming Phase 3 of the wider lakeside scheme, with an anticipated gross development value of around £54m.
