The firm’s latest quarterly report showed the overall arrears rate declined by 1.1% quarter-on-quarter in Q4 2025.

The move brings Pepper Advantage’s UK assets under management (AUM) to around £50bn and global AUM to €75bn (£64bn).

The credit management and technology firm reported that arrears across its portfolio of more than 100,000 UK residential mortgages fell by 0.3% in Q3 2025, following a 4.4% decline in Q2.

Pepper Advantage has appointed Andy Golding, CEO of OSB Group, as its first Group Board Chair following its acquisition by J.C. Flowers & Co.

Buy-to-let arrears fell for the first time since 2021, helping stabilise overall mortgage arrears growth in Q1 2025, according to new data from Pepper Advantage.

There was an overall increase in arrears growth across all products – including fixed and variable rate residential and buy-to-let mortgages.

The overall arrears rate for UK mortgages grew by just 0.1% in Q3 2024, marking a 0.8% drop compared to Q2 2024.
