The lender has cut rates on core F1 and F2 2- and 5-year fixed products at 65% LTV with a £995 fee, with rates starting from 5.54%.

The specialist lender’s ‘Hodge Resi’ proposition will provide more inclusive borrowing options for customers with complex income requirements.

Kensington has removed the maximum age limit of 40 at application from its professionals mortgages.
