The changes apply across both single family let and complex property products, as well as the lender's recently launched limited edition range for landlords with three or fewer mortgaged properties.

Residential rates have been reduced by up to 0.15% and buy-to-let rates have been reduced by up to 0.08%.

The cuts apply across the lender's buy-to-let, product transfer, PT Plus and Refurb to Let ranges.

Barclays is reducing rates across its residential purchase, remortgage and existing customer ranges from Friday 7th August, with selected 10-year fixed rates cut by up to 0.50%.

The lender has reduced rates across its mainstream development range by 1% per annum.

The lender has cut rates by 0.40% at 85% LTV, while products at 90% and 95% LTV have each fallen by 0.10%.

As part of the update, UTB has reintroduced 90% LTV lending across its Super Prime, Prime Plus and Prime ranges for loans between £20,000 and £100,000.

The lender's current product transfer range will be withdrawn at 5pm on Thursday 30th July ahead of the launch of the new products.

The latest changes see reductions across a number of the society's residential, impaired credit and buy-to-let (BTL) products.

The lender’s large HMO and MUFB Lifetime Tracker products, which are available on properties up to 12 bedrooms/units, will start from 5.74% and offer no early repayment charges (ERCs).

The updated range will replace the current product range, which will be withdrawn at 5pm on 19th July.
