Buckinghamshire Building Society has introduced a new two-year fixed-rate mortgage for Skilled Worker visa holders, increasing its maximum LTV for foreign nationals to 90%.
Darlington Building Society has partnered with Own New to offer Rate Reducer mortgages, including flexible visa options, for buyers across the UK.
The society will remove the restriction on the minimum time remaining on VISAs for applicants seeking 90% LTV mortgages.
Global Talent and Pre-settlement visas will now also be accepted in addition to the already accepted Skilled Worker, Health and Social Care and Tier 2 visas.
