The Mortgage Works has reduced selected buy-to-let switcher rates by up to 0.25%, with the new pricing available to existing landlord customers from 27th June.

From 26th June, reductions will apply across selected 1-, 2- and 5-year fixed rate buy-to-let (BTL) products, including limited company BTL options.

The lender has launched new 2-year tracker products up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV), including a purchase and remortgage option.

The changes apply to 1-, 2- and 5-year fixes across its buy-to-let (BTL), HMO and limited company ranges for new and existing customers.
