
The Tipton adopts Mast Origin to elevate application portal
The society has adopted the Mast Origin Platform to manage each stage of the mortgage journey, aiming to accelerate underwriting speeds and streamline processes.

Retail savings deposits rose by £53m, taking total savings balances to a record £577m, up from £524m the previous year.Â

The agreement is intended to help the building society enhance member engagement and meet regulatory requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA's) Consumer Duty.

Black Country Foodbank has received a £12,000 donation from The Tipton & Coseley Building Society as part of its ongoing partnership.

The high income multiple mortgages are available for both purchase and remortgage up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV).

The Tipton will now lend up to 85% LTV with a maximum loan size of £600,000.

The change applies to the whole mortgage range, including products up to 95% LTV, and there is no minimum income requirement.

The product aims to support people struggling to buy a home or refinance due to previous credit blips.

New features include calculators for savings interest and mortgage affordability.

Singh (pictured) will oversee the development and implementation of a retail distribution strategy and be responsible for team performance across the society’s four branches.
