Track to Fix is available across the BBR tracker range for single self-contained properties, HMOs and multi-unit blocks (MUBs).Â

1.3% of first-timers researching mortgages on Moneyfactscompare.co.uk in July were considering variable or tracker mortgages, compared with just 9.5% in February.

The changes include a 0.05% rise for all 60% loan-to-value (LTV) 2-, 5- and 7-year fixed rates.

The product, available from today, is aimed at MUFBs with seven or more units and is priced at 4.99%, comprising 1.24% above the Bank Base Rate, currently 3.75%.

The new additions include three Core 2-year tracker PT products, alongside new 2-year trackers for both Specialist small HMO and small MUFB.

The latest repricing applies across first-time buyer, home mover, remortgage and existing customer switcher products, with selected 2-year tracker rates also reduced.

The range has been developed to support both new and existing customers, with variable rates linked to the Bank of England Base Rate starting at 4.55%.

The lender has launched new 2-year tracker products up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV), including a purchase and remortgage option.

The proportion of borrowers choosing tracker mortgages has trebled over the past year as customers respond to market volatility and expectations around future rates.

New 2-year trackers offer landlords flexibility with no ERCs and rates from 4.5%.

The new tracker products are available at either 65% or 75% loan to value (LTV).Â

Rates for single dwelling products are 5.50% with a 2% fee and 4.10% with a 5% fee.
