Morgan will support brokers across South Wales, helping promote the society’s mortgage proposition and drive new intermediary business.

The scheme will include homes for private sale, rent, shared ownership, and affordable social housing.

The Welsh Housing Monitor found delivery is projected to reach 18,652 homes (93% of the target) by April 2026.

The organisation called for urgent action to address affordability, boost supply and restore confidence across all housing sectors.

The new branch will offer face-to-face support and a range of savings and mortgage products.Â

Among brokers in Wales and the South West, 69% expected higher volumes, rising to 90% in the South East.
