For residential mortgages, West One has introduced a new Prime credit tier offering lending up to 90% LTV for borrowers with minor historic or recent adverse credit.

Primis has added West One to its panel of approved bridging lenders, giving brokers access to the lender’s first and second charge bridging range.

The specialist property finance lender analysed mixed-use property listings across England and found there were 3,899 properties on the market in April.

The funding covers 62.82% loan-to-gross development value (LTGDV) over 18 months.

West One cut its residential mortgage rates by 0.55% and buy-to-let (BTL) rates by up to 0.30%.Â

The cuts apply across all products, regardless of loan size, loan-to-value (LTV) tier or term, with new pricing available immediately to brokers.

In her new role, Burke will manage relationships with broker partners and look to grow West One’s presence in the region by driving new business.
